Returns & Exchanges

At Otto Tiles & Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artisanal tiles; however, if you change your mind, we accept returns on unused, full boxes of tiles within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Notify Our Team

  Contact our customer service department via email within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Ensure all tiles are in their original packaging and securely packed on a pallet or in reinforced boxes to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Shipping

  Organize a tracked delivery service to return the goods to our warehouse; please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and insurance.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and confirms the items are in resaleable condition, we will process your refund minus any applicable restocking fees within 10 business days.
